In the unlikely event that you feel you have received a defective electrical component there are special procedures to be followed prior to any refund being issued. These special procedures are necessary due to the sensitivity of the electrical components to improper installation. Electrical components that are installed improperly can be permanently damaged instantly. The only qualified individuals to determine whether an electrical component has been installed improperly is the manufacturer of that component. They are able to run the tests necessary to make these determinations. Spa Parts Supply will not be responsible for improperly installed components. Spa Parts Supply will do all we can to assist the customer in working with the manufacturer of any electrical component returned for evaluation. Spa Parts Supply will not over-ride the manufacturers decision in any case presented.Return Policy on Electrical Components is as follows: If you receive an electrical component "ie;" Printed Circuit Board, Topside Control, Fuses, Relays, motors, Pumps, Blowers, Contactors, or any other component that has electricity applied to it to make it function, that you feel is defective, You Must notify Spa Parts Supply immediately. Once we have been notified we will issue a return authorization number for the product. Cost of shipping the product back to Spa Parts Supply is the customers responsibility. Spa Parts Supply will not accept any freight collect returns. The product must be returned in the original shipping package and in resalable condition, including all literature packaged with the product. Once the product is received by Spa Parts Supply, we will send it in for evaluation to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will make the determination as to whether the product was defective, or damaged during installation. If the product is found to be defective, a replacement component will be sent to the customer at no additional charge. If it is determined by the manufacturer that the product was damaged during installation, the customer will be contacted and given the opportunity to have the manufacturer repair or replace the product and the customer will be charged accordingly.Spa Parts Supply does not express or imply any warranty on any electrical components. Should you need to return a product due to ordering the wrong product or for reasons other than defective merchandise, a restocking fee of 25% will apply. Always ask about warranty before you buy!Note: Warranty will only include the replacement of the defective product and will in no case cover any incidental damage caused by the defective product or it's use or the inability of use. Labor costs to replace a defective product is the responsibility of the customer and will in no case be covered under the manufacturer warranty. If you are unsure as to how to install or replace any product on your spa, Spa Parts Supply recommends you contact a licensed Spa Service company or Spa Dealer, to make the repairs.
